Mark Ferrier

Mark is a proven entrepreneur – founded seven companies and sold three. He co-founded &Capital and SafetyCo in 2022. His last exit was Traffik Group to an Onex PortCo. Traffik was a 120 employees marketing agency with $25M in revenues. After the sale, Mark joined Onex and acquired six companies increasing sales from $25M to $75M.

Pablo is a proven investor with +12 years of experience most recently at CPP Investments. He co-founded &Capital and SafetyCo in 2022. While at CPP, invested & partnered with three acquisition platforms: Premium Brands, Cellnex, and eOne. Prior to CPP, Pablo worked at Scotiabank in capital markets.

Shraddha Bhagwat is an accomplished finance professional with over ten years of experience in accounting and finance. Shraddha’s commitment to her field is demonstrated by her professional credentials, including a CPA from CPA Ontario and a CMA from ICAI in India. She also holds a Master’s degree in Audit and Finance from the University of Mumbai.
