Mark is a seasoned entrepreneur with a strong track record of value creation having founded 7 Companies. His last exit was Traffik to Onex (through SGS). Mark built Traffik to $25M sales, prior to exit. Mark then joined SGS/Onex and acquired 6 companies doubling sales in less than 2 years.

Pablo Vallejo

Pablo is a proven investor with 11 years of experience most recently at CPPIB investing in private and public companies. Pablo worked closely with 3 acquisition platforms in the food, telecom, and media sectors with total transaction value of $2bn. Prior to CPP, Pablo worked at Scotiabank and in a $1bn equity fund.
